VETERINARY SURGICAL & MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Animal Services, is soliciting quotations for Veterinary Surgical and Medical Equipment. The equipment will be used to support daily medical treatment, surgical procedures, and ongoing animal care at the County's high-volume veterinary shelters. The successful bidder will be required to provide delivery Countywide to the Department of Animal Services' four shelter locations. • The equipment requested includes veterinary medical equipment, veterinary surgical equipment, and miscellaneous parts. • The County reserves the right to award this RFQ to multiple bidders, with the intent to designate a primary bidder and a secondary bidder. • Bidders should submit their most competitive pricing initially, with all quoted prices inclusive of freight, delivery, handling, and any applicable fees. • Additional products within the same general category may be added to the contract after award with prior written authorization from County Purchasing.
