Description
The Texas Racing Commission is seeking qualified vendors to provide veterinary medical services. The contract will be for a fiscal year, with a limit of $150,000.00. The vendor will be required to comply with various terms and conditions, including cybersecurity training, data management and security controls, and indemnification.
* The vendor must maintain liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence of negligence.
* The vendor must provide proof of insurance listing the Texas Racing Commission as an additional insured upon contract execution.
* The vendor must comply with the requirements of Section 2054.5192 of the Texas Government Code relating to cybersecurity training.
* The vendor must maintain records and make them available to the Texas Racing Commission as evidence of compliance with the required controls.
