Description
The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is seeking qualified bids for a carpet extractor. The successful bidder will be required to work with the Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC Accounting department to discuss account coding for invoices. The bid should indicate hourly rate, individual work effort, delivery schedule, or time of completion. Any item(s) with exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions, or qualifications must be noted and clearly indicated on the return bid.
• The procurement is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office regulations.
• The successful bidder's award will be published on the Cherokee Nation's procurement website.
• The bidder must provide a copy of their TERO certificate with the return bid.
• Licensing requirements may be required of the successful vendor(s) to be coordinated with the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission.
• Insurance requirements include Worker's Compensation, Commercial, and/or Comprehensive General Liability, and Automobile insurance.
