Request for Letter of Interest for Engineering Services for Mississippi River Bridges USDOT PROTECT Grant

The City of West Memphis is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting engineering firms for engineering related services for the design and construction of improvements described in the Mississippi River Bridges USDOT PROTECT Grant. The work will include surveying, environmental review, geotechnical studies, topographic survey, Right-of-Way & Easement acquisition, preliminary engineering, plan preparation, specifications, cost estimates, and construction/as-built engineering. The project must conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
