2023 MCWI/ARPA Pump Station Improvements – Contract 3

The City of Brookhaven is seeking bids for the construction of the 2023 MCWI/ARPA Pump Station Improvements – Contract 3. The project includes upgrading existing pump stations, installing new pumps and controls, installing access drives, and installing privacy fences. The contract time is 120 consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $360 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. • The project requires the furnishing of all labor and materials, and the performing of all activities specified in the Contract Documents. • Plans, contract documents, and proposal forms are available for public inspection at the office of the City of Brookhaven and the office of the Engineer, WGK, Inc. • Online bidding will only be accepted through the www.wgkengineersprojects.com website. • State law requires non-resident bidders to attach a copy of their resident state's current law pertaining to non-resident contractors with their bid.
