Description
Coconino Community College is seeking a design professional firm to provide engineering and architectural design services for the campus master plan - complete reconstruction of the Fourth Street Campus. The project involves redeveloping the campus into a comprehensive, future-focused, multi-purpose educational and community-supporting facility. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design professional services, including construction management at risk services. The college is looking for a firm with experience in ground-up construction and campus redevelopment projects in higher education environments. The estimated construction budget for this project is $40,000,000.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Redevelopment of the Fourth Street Campus into a modern, multi-purpose educational and community hub
• Construction of a 72,000 GSF facility to replace an aging structure
