The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting for quick acting water tight hatches with scuttles. The hatches must meet specific requirements, including a clear opening of 36 inches x 48 inches, a coaming thickness of 5/16 inch, and a coaming height of 11 inches. The scuttles must also meet specific requirements, including a size of 21 inches in diameter and a test pressure of 20 PSI.
