25261014 Term Agreement for Wetlands Delineation and Permitting Services 2026

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is soliciting professional services to assist in mapping, delineation, habitat assessment, environmental document preparation, valuation, and permitting for wetlands adjacent to or potentially impacted by various federal and State funded projects. The services will include wetlands delineation, habitat assessment, and environmental document preparation. The estimated period for performance of the agreement is approximately January 2026 through December 2028. The cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than $1,000,000. • The RFP package will be available on November 6, 2025, and can be downloaded from the website or obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room. • Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. • Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than December 3, 2025, 4:00 p.m. • The Northern Region Contracts Section will accept electronic submission of proposals. • Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTY number 711 or 1-800-770-8973 no later than one week prior to the submittal date.
