Ground Water Production Well SM-14 Drilling

The City of Santa Monica is seeking bids for the drilling of a ground water production well, SM-14. The project includes mobilization and demobilization of a reverse circulation drill rig, drilling a 42" diameter hole, and installing a 36" conductor casing. The project also includes treatment and sampling of well development and testing fluids, and the installation of a gravel pack and well casing. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bid bond and performance bond, and to comply with the City's prevailing wage laws and living wage ordinance. • The project is expected to take 180 calendar days to complete. • The project includes a non-mandatory job walk on December 15, 2025, at 11:00am. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's online vendor portal. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
