City of Stuart Floridian Aquifer Production Well FA-2

The City of Stuart is seeking a licensed general contractor to construct a new Floridan Aquifer production well (FA‑2) to augment water supply for its treatment facility. The contract requires a Florida Water Well Contractor license and a Certified General Contractor license. Scope includes drilling a deep borehole, installing steel and PVC casings, grouting, wellhead assembly, acidizing (if needed), well logging, pump testing, formation‑water disposal, disinfection, and site restoration. An additive alternate bid item may be exercised for complete wellhead and utility connections. Bids must be submitted electronically (or in sealed hard copy) by January 8 2027, with a non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting on November 6 2026.
