Description
The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) is seeking an experienced graphic‑design firm to provide on‑as‑needed services for its Office of Public Affairs and Communications. The contractor will create and manage a variety of visual communications—including annual reports, newsletters, direct‑mail pieces, brochures, presentations, signage, website and email‑marketing templates, and social‑media graphics—and oversee related print production. Work will be ordered via separate work orders, with monthly invoicing. The contract is non‑construction, firm‑fixed‑price, up to one year in length, and includes HUD Section 3 compliance requirements (10 % labor by Section 3 individuals, 30 % apprenticeship). Small, minority‑, woman‑owned, and District‑based businesses can earn additional evaluation points.
