The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking bids for the Lanier Technical College Building B Advanced Technology Renovation project. The project involves renovating an existing building on the Forsyth campus to create a Center for Advanced Technology & Engineering. Bidders must submit their bids via GSFIC's online bidding and project management system, e-Builder. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Lanier Technical College - Forsyth Campus.
