Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The project involves installing fire dampers and repairing rated shafts, with a construction magnitude of $8,600,000. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including design, technical specifications, working drawings, cost estimates, and construction period services. The firm must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Small Business Administration Registry.
