Sole Source to Nuytco Research LTD for Diver Training and Equipment Lease Per Attachments

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) is seeking to award a sole-source contract to Nuytco Research Ltd. for the lease of a Nuytco Atmospheric Diving System (ADS) and technical training services. The required services include the lease of the ADS with backup for deep diving operations, alongside a maintenance and technical training course for ADS operations. The training is estimated to take up to 6 days and will be conducted at Nuytco Works in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. The contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment, and support for operational setup, training preparation, and course facilitation.
