Description
Anne Arundel Community College is seeking qualified contractors to design, fabricate, and install a custom recessed display case system in the Henry L. Dragun Science Building (Arnold Campus). The work includes field verification of dimensions, preparation of shop drawings, manufacturing of custom case components, frameless glass doors, glass shelving, integrated LED lighting, hardware, finishes, delivery, installation, adjustment, and all associated labor, materials, permits, and services. Contractors must submit a two‑volume proposal (technical and price) by November 18, 2026, and may attend a pre‑proposal Microsoft Teams meeting on October 29, 2026. Evaluation will consider qualifications, past performance, and minority‑business participation. The contract award is expected December 9, 2026 with work to commence after award.
