Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to overhaul the KC-135/E-3 Horizontal Stabilizer Trim Actuator. The contractor will be responsible for providing various reports, including a Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Reporting, Contract Depot Maintenance (CDM) Monthly Production Status Report, Government Property Inventory Report, Technical Data Package (TDP), Report of Shipping (Item) and Packaging Discrepancy, Test/Inspection Report, Production Surge Plan, and Teardown Deficiency Report. The contractor must submit these reports in accordance with the specified frequency and format. The contract will serve basic years and all option years.
• The contractor must provide CAV reports daily and/or within 24 hours of a supply or maintenance action occurrence.
• The contractor must submit a CDM Production Monthly Status Report monthly within 5 business days of the previous month's last calendar date.
• The contractor must provide a Government Property Inventory Report annually within 7 calendar days of the end of the first reporting period.
• The contractor must submit a Technical Data Package (TDP) 18 months after contract award.
• The contractor must provide a Report of Shipping (Item) and Packaging Discrepancy as required.
• The contractor must submit a Test/Inspection Report as required.
• The contractor must provide a Production Surge Plan 30 days after contract award.
• The contractor must submit a Teardown Deficiency Report as negotiated upon government's request.
