The Belvidere Community Unit School District 100 is seeking proposals for the Integrated IP Based Safety, Intercommunication, and Classroom Sound Enhancement Project. The project involves the installation of a safety, intercom, and sound enhancement system at three school sites: Caledonia Elementary School, Seth Whitman Elementary School, and Washington Academy. The system should include features such as two-way classroom intercom, classroom sound amplification, paging, bells, safe alert, audible notifications, emergency notifications, and epic control panel. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the equipment, components, and services, while the school district personnel will install the system. The proposal should include all required forms, certifications, and supporting documents. Some key features of the system include: * Two-way classroom intercom * Classroom sound amplification * Paging * Bells * Safe alert * Audible notifications * Emergency notifications * Epic control panel * Speakers * Low voltage 18/2 wire as required for the job * System testing, startup, commissioning, and training after school district 100 installation is complete The bidder should have experience in similar projects and should be an authorized Audio Enhancement reseller, certified in EPIC System, level 1 and level 2. The bidder should also have an Avixa CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) on staff.
