TURBOCHARGER,EXHAUS

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to repair turbochargers. The contractor must be a certified repair depot in accordance with the NAVSEA DSOR approval process. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotation results in the best value to the government, considering both price and non-price factors. The contractor will be required to perform all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings. The contractor must also provide a firm-fixed price for the repair of the turbochargers. • The contractor must meet the operational and functional requirements as represented by the Cage Code(s) and reference number(s) listed in the contract. • The contractor must perform all repair work in accordance with the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. • The contractor must provide a drawing and an explanation of the reason for any changes made to the design, material, servicing, or part number. • The contractor must furnish records of all inspection work and keep them complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies.
