Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for trail grubbing approximately 1.4 miles of trail, as well as spot graveling as identified by the Project Supervisor. The project is located two miles north of Soudan, MN, within the Lake Vermilion State Recreational Area.
• The project involves trail grubbing and spot graveling.
• The contractor is responsible for transporting and spreading State-provided gravel from a local pit.
• The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and all else necessary for completion of the project.
• The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
