Notice of Intent to Sole Source NISSC II Bridge Action FA8723-26-R-B007

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) Program Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Amentum Technology, Inc. for the continued operations, maintenance, and sustainment (OM&S) of the baseline NISSC II-covered systems. The period of performance is a four-month base with additional one-month options. Amentum is the only contractor capable of meeting these requirements without unacceptable delays, preventing mission capability gaps. The requirement includes maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) certifications for multiple systems and highly skilled personnel with active Secret and Top-Secret security clearances with SCI read-ins.
