Naubuc School Roof Replacement Design

The Town of Glastonbury is seeking qualifications from architectural firms to provide professional services for the Naubuc School roof replacement design project. The services include schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration. The selected firm will also be responsible for managing, preparing, and submitting documentation to the State of Connecticut Office of Grant Administration for reimbursement of design and construction costs. • The project involves two school building roof replacement projects. • The procurement is in accordance with Conn.
