Carpentry Services - Open Enrollment - Three-Year Contract with Two One-Year Opt

The City of Providence is seeking qualified vendors to provide carpentry services for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities. The contract will be for a three-year period with two one-year options. Vendors must have experience in carpentry and comply with all applicable prevailing wage requirements. The scope of work includes providing carpentry services, including labor and equipment, for all City agencies and departments. • The contract will be awarded based on a "pass/fail" basis, with all criteria receiving a "pass" determination for a vendor's potential inclusion on the resulting OE blanket's qualified vendor list. • Vendors must provide references and information on their experience and qualifications. • The City reserves the right to request additional information and to reject any and all responses. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
