Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy-FEM is seeking a contractor to provide Gaseous Helium to the CBP Aerostat Site in Lajas, Puerto Rico. The contractor must be able to provide 1,000 MC of Gaseous Helium, meeting the requirements of 9135-016442502 HELIUM, GAS, GRADE A, 99.995%, BULK MC and MIL-PRF-27407E. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Type Requirements Contract with a five-year period of performance. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the Gaseous Helium to the Government-owned tank at the CBP Aerostat Site.
• The contractor must provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for the delivery of Gaseous Helium.
• The contractor must meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-27407E, dated 23 April 2024.
• The contract will include associated service CLINS for Expedited/Emergency Delivery and Evacuate and Purge Cyl/Drums/Containers.
