UNIT 10 COMBINED HEAT AND POWER PLANT CONTRACT 281 – BALANCE OF PLANT

Muscatine Power and Water is soliciting sealed bids for the “Balance of Plant” portion of Unit 10 of its Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant (Contract 281). The scope includes erection of owner‑furnished equipment, drilled piers, building slabs, equipment pads, various foundations, structural steel and pipe‑rack supports, steel‑connection design, and elevated concrete floor slabs.
