UNIT 10 COMBINED HEAT AND POWER PLANT CONTRACT 281 – BALANCE OF PLANT

This Invitation to Bid (IFB) seeks a prime contractor to execute the balance‑of‑plant work for Unit 10 of the Muscatine Power and Water Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant. The scope includes erection of owner‑furnished equipment, drilled piers for pipe‑support racks, extensive concrete work (foundations, slabs, pads), structural steel fabrication and installation, steel‑connection design, and elevated floor slabs. The contract is awarded to a general contractor who may subcontract specialized trades.
