Description
The Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide health services community reintegration program. The contractor will be responsible for providing services to offenders, including housing, medical and mental health services, and transportation. The contract will be for a term of five years, with up to three one-year renewal options. The evaluation criteria include technical evaluation, pricing, and best value. The contractor must demonstrate their ability to provide services statewide and have an established network of services.
