The County of Cuyahoga is seeking a qualified small‑business to deliver intensive team‑mentoring services for youth and young adults (ages 18‑24) who have recently aged out of the foster‑care system. The contractor will provide structured mentorship, transition assistance, and support services aimed at improving educational, employment, and independent‑living outcomes for this vulnerable population.
• Service scope: Deliver team‑based mentoring and case‑management support to former foster‑care youths in Cuyahoga County.
• Eligibility: Only small businesses certified with Cuyahoga County and listed on the official “Plan Holder of Record” may submit proposals.
