Description
The City of Essex Junction is requesting bids for the construction of a new waste gas flare at the Essex Junction Water Resource Recovery Facility. This work consists of removal of the existing flare and control panel, installation of new natural gas, methane, and electrical utility lines, and installation of a new waste gas burner and control panel. In addition, the project will include installation of new safety selector valves and site restoration. Bids for this work are due, September 2nd, 2026 at 1:00 PM via electronic mail to all the following email addresses.
• The project is funded in whole by the City of Essex Junction.
• AIS/BABA, Certified Payroll, and Davis Bacon are not applicable to this contract.

• A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 20th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Essex Junction Water Resource Recovery Facility.
