Budget estimate

$100,000 – $250,000

The RFP does not disclose a budget, but similar historic‑preservation consulting projects for a mid‑size city typically range from $100,000 to $250,000, depending on the depth of research, number of pattern options, public‑engagement requirements, and deliverable formats. Factors influencing the final amount include the consultant’s hourly rates, travel costs for site tours, graphic‑design production of the pattern book, and the extent of training workshops.
