Description
The Montrose County is accepting sealed bids from qualified manufacturers for a corrugated steel structural plate culvert. The box culvert will be used for a bridge replacement project on J82 Road, located approximately 14 miles southeast of Crawford, Colorado. The bid package can be downloaded from the Montrose County website. The successful bidder will be issued a Purchase Order, and payment will be made upon delivery of the box culvert to the Montrose County Road and Bridge yard and approval of the invoice.
• The box culvert will replace B-139 over the Fruitland Mesa Ditch.
• The existing bridge is no longer structurally sound and needs to be replaced.
• The anticipated date of delivery of the corrugated culvert shall be included on the bid.
• The manufacturer shall provide complete structural design, including plans stamped by a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer.
• The manufacturer's price shall include delivery of the corrugated box culvert segments to the Montrose County Road and Bridge yard.
