Budget estimate

$11,000,000 – $17,000,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the number of investigative passes and the cost per pass. However, the document does not provide information on the cost per pass. Assuming an average cost per pass of $500, the total budget for the Base Year would be approximately $11,705,000 (23,410 passes x $500 per pass). With an additional 3% more investigative passes within each Option Year, the total budget for the contract could be around $14,000,000 to $17,000,000, depending on the number of option years and the actual cost per pass. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the investigations, the location of the retail stores, and the experience and qualifications of the contractor's personnel.
