The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the WV Department of Transportation – Division of Highways, is issuing an open‑end Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a master agreement for the supply of Case equipment OEM parts or equivalent. Vendors must be able to provide certification that their parts meet or exceed OEM specifications, maintain an electronic catalog exclusive to the agency, and offer discount percentages off MSRP for listed categories. The contract includes requirements for warranties, MSDS submission, delivery timelines (5 business days standard, 2 days emergency), and detailed reporting. No substitutions, remanufactured parts (except with prior approval), or retail‑sale‑establishment restrictions are allowed. The award will be based on the highest total discount across all categories.
