Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Adair County. The work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, and roofing. The project must be completed within 15 working days, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest and most responsive bid.
