Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, is seeking a vendor to serve as special counsel to assist with investigating potential violations by licensees. The initial term of the contract will be through December 31, 2027, with options to renew annually through December 31, 2030. The contract is exempt from the Illinois Procurement Code under Section 1-10(b)(7) for preparation for anticipated litigation, enforcement action, or investigation.
