The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department is seeking a contractor to perform full‑wet demolition and nuisance abatement of all structures on the 1314 Pecan Street parcel, including footings, slabs, and CMU piers, followed by utility disconnection, debris removal, erosion‑ and sediment‑control, hazardous‑material handling, site seeding, and final close‑out documentation.
