Werner Park - Bullpen Upgrades

The Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform upgrades to the bullpens at Werner Park. The project includes removing all material, widening the mounds, rebuilding the mounds with correct products, installing drainage, fixing electrical issues, and installing FieldTurf FIT Turf w/ 5mm pad wall-to-wall, minus the pitcher's mound. The contractor must have prior experience with constructing PDL or MLB playing surfaces and provide a copy of their ASBA Field Builder Certificate with their bid. The project must be completed within 10 days, from August 3, 2026, to August 13, 2026. • The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the project. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws and county ordinances. • The contractor shall provide a concrete washout plan and coordinate with the designated county representative to choose a location for concrete washout. • The contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance evidencing the required coverages. • The contractor shall indemnify and save harmless Sarpy County, its officers, employees, and agents from all loss, claims, suits, or actions of every kind and character made upon or brought against Sarpy County.
