Description
The City of Decatur is soliciting sealed bids for the Parkwood Traffic Calming Improvements at East Lake Road, US 278/SR10 project. The work includes traffic control, selective demolition, installation of curb, concrete curb and sidewalk, milling, and paving, signage, roadway pavement markings, striping, erosion control measures, landscape and similar items.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Bidders must submit their bids by July 21, 2026, at 02:00 PM ET.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond.
• The project duration is 210 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The City of Decatur reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding.
