RFI - Enhanced Flame Resistant Combat Ensemble (EFRCE) Manufacturability and Certification (USMC)

The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking industry partners to manufacture the Enhanced Flame Resistant Combat Ensemble (EFRCE). The EFRCE is a flame-resistant combat ensemble designed to mitigate the risk of burn injuries. The ensemble consists of a blouse and trousers, and vendors must provide end-item samples, material samples, and physical performance data. The Government is looking for vendors who can meet the vendor qualification and certification requirements to fulfill unit-level orders. The EFRCE must be manufactured in accordance with Class 1, type I of MIL-PRF-EFRCE.
