Massachusetts Department of Fire Services (DFS) is seeking vendors to provide a comprehensive suite of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) equipment, related products, ongoing product support, repair/maintenance services, and training. The contract is structured as a fee‑for‑service arrangement with an initial two‑year term, renewable twice for additional two‑year periods (maximum six years). Estimated annual spend is about $500,000, with a potential total contract value up to $3 million. Bidders must submit a full set of required forms (W‑9, EFT, SDP plan, etc.) and meet supplier‑diversity commitments of at least 1 % of contract sales.
