Description
The County of Canyon is seeking a qualified architecture/engineering firm to provide full design and engineering services for a new 16,500 sq ft Elections Building in Caldwell, Idaho. The scope includes civil/site, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection design, culminating in a complete construction‑document set. The contract will be awarded on a fixed‑price basis after a pre‑qualification review, and the design firm will later coordinate with a separately‑procured construction‑manager‑general‑contractor.
