Safe Streets for All Design Consulting Services

The City of Boulder is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide final design consulting services for three projects funded by the Safe Streets for All grant. The projects include a demonstration project focused on right-turn slip lane improvements, pedestrian crossing upgrades and improvements, and a corridor improvement project. The selected consultant will be required to prepare and deliver two separate sets of bid-ready plans, specifications, and estimates. The consultant will be expected to manage all design deliverables to meet key milestones, including completing the NEPA and environmental clearance process by September 1, 2026.
