Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract for the Dallas Texas Health Care System to procure service maintenance for equipment in the Pathology and Laboratory Department. The contract is for a period of one year, from 04/10/2026 to 04/09/2027. The services required are unique or highly specialized and can only be provided by Bruker Spatial Biology, Inc. Interested parties may submit supporting evidence to demonstrate their ability to comply with the requirements, but the government reserves the right to not compete the proposed procurement.
• The contract is for the maintenance of Geomx System and Sprint System equipment.
• The contract is a firm-fixed price contract.
