Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the remodel of WB-1 and WB-2 in the West Wing at the WV State Capitol Complex. The project includes wiring, plumbing, general construction, flooring, mechanical work, and fire alarm devices. The vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the construction services.
• The project requires a minimum of 10 years' experience as a general contractor and 5 years' experience in electrical/mechanical trades for subcontractors.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified responsible bidder meeting the required specifications.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2025, at 10:00 am.
• Questions must be submitted in writing by November 24, 2025, at 12:00 pm EST.
• The submission deadline is December 4, 2025, at 1:30 pm EST.
