The contract runs for a twelve‑month period beginning 6/1/26 and ending 5/31/27, with the possibility of annual renewal so long as the total value stays within the $25,000 ceiling. The State expects the vendor to deliver the software, host the data, and support the OCR/FOIA modules throughout the contract term.
