On-Call Temporary Perimeter Fencing Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking a contractor to provide on-call temporary fencing services for various County-owned, operated, and maintained locations. The services include delivery, installation, and removal of temporary fencing on an as-needed basis. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in installing and repairing temporary fences and must provide three current references. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, and the County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in proposals. • The contractor will be required to respond within 24 hours to any County of San Mateo location. • The contractor must have a staffed office within the County of San Mateo or within 55 miles of 555 County Center, Redwood City, CA 94063. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability, motor vehicle liability, public liability and property damage, and all-risk property insurance. • The contractor must comply with the prevailing wage rates determined by the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide a pricing proposal that includes rates for various services, including installation, delivery, and removal of temporary fencing.
