The Navy is seeking a contractor to repair SELECTOR,RECEIVER S items. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing the items to return them to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. The contractor must provide all necessary parts and materials, unless specified as Government Furnished Material (GFM). The contract will include a 365-day induction expiration date, and the contractor must obtain written concurrence from DCMA for any units determined to be Beyond Economical Repair (BER). • The contractor must establish a quality system that ensures conformance to all applicable requirements of ISO 9001/SAE AS9100. • The contractor must maintain a configuration management plan in accordance with the provisions of NAVSUP WSS configuration management clause NAVICPIA18. • The contractor must provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for both material items awaiting repair and assets which have been repaired and are awaiting shipment. • The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and DCMA disposal procedures and requirements for any disposal ordered. • The contractor must perform all repairs/upgrades at the facility identified within the Statement of Work (SOW).
