Repair of underground storage fuel tank and manholes

The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking a contractor to repair the underground storage fuel tank and manholes at the Chancery. The scope of work includes cleaning and inspecting the tank, repairing or replacing damaged components, and upgrading the existing Veeder-Root fuel monitoring system to a TLS-450 system. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work. The project is expected to last 30 days, and the contractor will be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring the safety of all personnel involved. • The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in the service, installation of fuel underground storage tanks, or be a specialist or Professional Engineer in underground and on-ground fuel storage tanks. • The contractor must provide an official letter to prove their experience and related work with the scope of work. • The contractor must submit a list of personnel, including architects, engineers, site managers, and workers, to the U.S. Embassy upon awarding the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations, including those related to confined spaces, hazardous materials, and fire protection.
