Request for Proposals For Information Technology Managed Services

The City of Auburn is seeking a qualified IT firm to provide daily, consistent, and comprehensive Managed IT professional and advisory services. The selected firm will manage the City's IT environment at all City locations, including public safety, wastewater treatment plant facilities, airport, and general government operations. The firm will provide support services, network administration, and other services such as help desk support, software related issues, and hardware related issues. The firm will also provide consulting and project management services, including strategic planning and oversight of the City's IT services and inventory. • Support Services: Systems Infrastructure, Network Administration, Help Desk Support • Consulting and Project Management: Strategic planning, oversight of IT services and inventory, technology audit, backup and redundancy solutions • Basic Service, Office Hours, and Staffing: Onsite/offsite IT services, preventative server and workstation maintenance, on-site and/or remote emergency support • The initial contract is anticipated for a period of three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
