UGA CM- CP2906 MAREX Seawater System Replacement

The University of Georgia (through the Board of Regents) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Management‑at‑Risk (CM‑AR) services for the complete replacement of the MAREX seawater system serving the university’s marine research facilities on Skidaway Island. The scope includes design‑assist, procurement, demolition of the existing concrete filter, installation of new intake piping, three 7.5 hp seawater‑duty pumps, a new filtration building with two 3 hp pumps, instrumentation and control systems, and associated electrical upgrades.
