The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Delivery Order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to General Atomics – Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) for the procurement of the MQ-9A Central Avionic Bay (CAB) and eNet (DuraNET) Cable Parts. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. • The procurement is for the MQ-9A Central Avionic Bay (CAB) and eNet (DuraNET) Cable Parts. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, General Atomics – Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI). • GA-ASI is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the MQ-9 unmanned aircraft. • The award of this action is required by September 2026.
